REFUND & RETURN POLICY

OMS Motor offers a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled and in the same condition in which it was received. The product must have its original packaging, labels and accessories. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Electrical parts that have been installed or connected, opened consumables, lubricants, oils, clearance products and special-order items cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged during delivery or different from what was ordered.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photographs or video of the product and packaging.
After verification, OMS Motor will provide an appropriate replacement or refund. OMS Motor will bear the reasonable return shipping cost for verified damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to a change of mind, compatibility mistake or incorrect product selection by the customer, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
If the product is verified as damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, OMS Motor will bear the return shipping cost.
COD AND UNDELIVERED ORDERS
For COD orders refused by the customer or returned because of an incorrect address, PIN code or unavailable recipient, actual shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
This deduction does not apply when the product is verified as damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
