  1. OEM, AFTERMARKET AND TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER

OMS Motor is an independent motorcycle spare-parts retailer.

Unless a product page specifically and truthfully identifies an item as genuine or original, products may be aftermarket or independent replacement parts.

OMS Motor is not an authorised dealer, distributor or affiliate of motorcycle manufacturers unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.

Names such as Harley-Davidson, Jawa, Benelli, Kawasaki, BMW, Honda, Suzuki, TVS and other third-party brand names may be used only to describe product compatibility. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

  1. PRODUCT INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

Motorcycle parts should be inspected and installed by a qualified mechanic or technician where appropriate.

OMS Motor is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation
• Installation on an incompatible motorcycle or variant
• Improper use or modification
• Failure to follow manufacturer or mechanic instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed

Nothing in this section limits customer rights relating to a verified defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product.

  1. PRICING AND TAXES

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include applicable taxes where indicated. Shipping, COD or other applicable charges will be shown at checkout before the customer completes the order.

We may correct an obvious pricing, description or catalogue error. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide the option to accept the correction or cancel the affected order for a refund.

  1. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways. OMS Motor does not directly store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or OTPs.

An order is not confirmed until the payment or applicable COD verification has been successfully completed.

  1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment or COD verification, and acceptance by OMS Motor.

After receiving an order, we may contact the customer to confirm:

• Product compatibility
• Delivery address or PIN code
• Phone number
• Payment information
• Availability of a special-order product

If a paid product becomes unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative where appropriate or cancel the affected item and process a refund.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

An order may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to its processing status. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the Refund & Return Policy will apply.

OMS Motor may cancel an order because of non-availability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, incomplete customer information or an undeliverable location. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary because of product availability, delivery location, weather, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy:

Eligible return requests must be made within the return period stated in that policy.

Products must normally be unused, uninstalled and returned in their original condition and packaging. Different rules may apply to verified defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, appears defective or is different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with:

• Clear photographs or video
• Images of the packaging and shipping label where relevant

After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement, return or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.

  1. WARRANTIES

The availability, period and conditions of a warranty may vary by product. A warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or use on an incompatible vehicle.
