SHIPPING POLICY
At OMS Motor, we aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
- Order processing: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
DELIVERY TIME – INDIA
Orders delivered within India are generally delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of placing the order under normal circumstances.
Our aim is to complete delivery within a maximum of 7 working days. Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may occasionally take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, logistical issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SHIPPING CHARGES – INDIA
• Orders of ₹2,500 or more: Free shipping.
• Orders below ₹2,500: ₹120 shipping charge.
The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
SERVICE AREA
Shipping availability depends on the destination and the shipping zones currently supported at checkout. If a destination is not serviceable, the order cannot be completed for that address.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be shared after dispatch where tracking is available through our courier partner.
DELAYS, LOSS OR DAMAGE
If a shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos or details. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with the resolution.
